SunSource Energy Commissions Phase 1 of its 45 MWp Project in Uttar Pradesh
- Once fully commissioned, the off-site, open-access solar project will be one of the largest in the state
New Delhi: SunSource Energy, a leading firm in the distributed solar sector, on Monday said it has commissioned the first phase of its 45-megawatt (MW) open-access project in Shivala Kalan village of Uttar Pradesh.
According to the official press release, once fully commissioned, the project will be one of the largest open-access solar power projects in the state.
“The setting up of the project is in alignment with our long-term commitment to the country. As one of the largest open-access solar projects in Uttar Pradesh, this plant will be a major step forward for the state’s industries, looking for clean power to support their existing and future operations,” said Bram Graber, chief executive officer (CEO), SHV Energy."
